Venice
I`m getting ready for a solo exhibition at Art Decor Gallery Whalley on the 18th March. I am introducing some larger image sizes (full imperial) 30" x 22". I quite like getting the the bigger brushes out for this size of work. Keeping it loose can be my dilemma and its always tempting to fiddle with detail. Venice again!!!!! ah well, " paint what you enjoy" thats my moto.

Great to see you back! And it's hard to believe you are wary of putting in too much detail. In my considered opinion, you always seem to include and imply exactly the right amount of detail.

I love these Trevor :) when I was in Venice recently I passed those waterfront restaurants by the Rialto Bridge every morning when we left our hotel.
I can't wait to go back again in July :)
